These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Folio app. By creating an account or using Folio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Folio. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You are responsible for the content you post and the activity that happens under your account.
Folio lets you post photos, notes, and other content and share it with people you connect with. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant Folio a license to store and display it to provide the service.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post or do any of the following:
You can report content or users, and block users, from within the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users — typically within 24 hours — by removing content and/or suspending or terminating accounts. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Folio is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Artwork identification is provided for convenience and may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, Folio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
