include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Common questions
- How do I add an artwork? Tap the camera button, take or choose a photo, and Folio will suggest the artist and title. You can also scan the wall label to auto-fill the details.
- Why don’t I see a friend’s posts? You both need to accept the friend request, and your friend needs to be on the latest version of the app.
- How do I report or block someone? Open the person’s profile or a post and use the options menu to report the content or block the user.
- How do I delete my account? Go to your Profile, open settings, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your data.
